i appreciated the early check-in, front office staff were friendly. i got a great room. housekeeping kabita were helpful. maitryee and souvik were helpful at checkout.

convenient location helpful staff varied options
The location is convenient with easy access to major attractions. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with storing luggage before check-in. I found breakfast awesome with a wide variety of options (a real treat each morning).

excellent location helpful staff spacious layout
the location was excellent for accessing major attractions and transportation! the staff was helpful. the room had a spacious layout with necessary amenities, i noticed the proximity to new market to be quite convenient.
the wifi was unfortunately unreliable, it made it difficult to do any work while at the hotel.

my room included comfortable bedding and a functional workspace. i observed ample storage space was provided in the closet and drawers, this made settling in easier. the climate control system was effective, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

excellent service awesome job
My room was well maintained, and the housekeeping service was really good. manoj did an awesome job cleaning my room. I really appreciated his efforts. i stayed here for two nights.
the curtains were not properly fitted, and sunlight came into the room as early as 5:30 am. this made it difficult to sleep well. i hope they fix this soon.
